What is the easiest lane to get pentakills?
I have little success when it comes to multi-kills which lane is most likely to get them and who should I play?
Supports probably won't be able to steal five kills in a row. Swain probably won't be able to steal five kills in a row. Katarina and Darius like mentioned by others, will be able to secure kills.
Furthermore, the champion needs to be mobile, enemies may flee after a fight is lost or the fight may take place in a big area, it's important to be able to quickly move from one kill to the other.
I disagree with the Cassiopeia recommendation. She can get a penta in the sense that she can probably take on five enemies if they would run at her in a row, but she doesn't pack the necessary burst to steal five kills.
I think that in the end most champions able to get pentas more easily are usually played at the mid lane though.
Akali's really good at getting Pentas providing you know when to jump (literally) into the fight. Since she gets a free ult for every kill or assist she gets and has otherwise generally low cooldowns, she can ninja-kick her way from target to target and burst them down pretty quickly. As with all champs, though, it all depends on how good you are at executing her combo.
Karthus is capable of getting Pentas as well...and not just with getting that super lucky R in the middle of a match that just happens to finish off the entire enemy team (I've only pulled that off once :P). Getting them with Karthus generally relies on proper utilization of his passive during a team fight. It requires picking the right moment to go full kamikaze and dive into the fray, pop your ult the instant you die (which should, if you timed your death well, nab a couple kills), drop the wall and start popping Q's. If your positioning is good and you're good with aiming your Q's, you can walk away with a Penta, or at least some level of multi-kill.
But generally speaking, Mid or ADC. Some Top ( Darius, as mentioned) but lots of top-laners are more front-liners that get the fight started (junglers are similar). ADCs dish out the DPS, and the clean-up champs are more often Mid.
Also, champions who do not rely on mana ( Garen, Shyvana, Riven) are capable of getting pentakills more often than others.
Champions with low cooldown mobility or gapclosers ( Tryndamere, Kassadin or champions with auto attack resets like Xin Zhao are decent at getting penta's with because they have a bit of sticking power.
