League of Legends (LoL) Question: Who is the best mid champ?

There are no best mid/top/jungle/adc or supp champions u have to find the ones that fit ur playstyle or u have to learn one as they say "One trick ponny" It isnt that hard to find a champion that fits u well when u see ur stats at the end of the game and if they are possitive and u had a good time playing it thats it!

In my opinion : Ahri she is easy to control, nice ult, op q a looooooooooot of dmg and she had nice skins xd.

Tough one to choose right now. But I personally think Orianna is the best right now, followed closely by Ahri and Syndra. Her burst damage, wave clear and gamechanging potential with her ult makes a fine combination of what suits the meta right now.

Well right now, Ahri has a really high win rate. The meta kinda favours her right now. Her strength include high damage, CC with her charm, good laning phase and decent mobility with her ult. She has good presence in teamfights and is more than capable of making solo picks. I highly recommend her.

Some other strong mid laners I recommend include Orianna, Viktor, Ziggs and Velkoz. If you've noticed, there's a common trend here. They share similar strengths to those I listed about Ahri. But at the end of the day, it's all about preference. If you have enough IP, you should definitely at some point purchase these champions and figure out which suits you best.

My personal favorite from that list is Vel'Koz, but other mid players like Ahri and Syndra. Orianna is always a reliable pick as well, though she's more geared towards team fighting rather than solo kills.

I think your best bet would be one of those 4, but it's hard to say without knowing what kind of mage you like.
