3.13 Slow Cleansing
In the new patch we have seen changes to the mechanic of slowing skills.
For what i understood of the text they wanted to make sure that movement speed and attack speed slows would be considered the same thing for cleansing purposes.
Am i right? if this is true then skills like
Relentless Pursuit and Decisive Strike will also remove attack speed slows like Wither and Ground Slam?

E.G Randuins Omen verse a Yi will result him to be attack speed slowed but not slowed because it is 2 different spells applied each time he auto attacks you. Whereas if you were Withered, attack speed slow would be cancelled as well as the movement speed slow because it is one whole spell itself.
