League of Legends (LoL) Question: What are the best glyphs for an AP mid now?

Scaling AP or flat Mres, sometimes combined with 5% CDR glyphs.

What you in the end go with depends on your champion and lane matchup.

Champions that benefit a lot from CDR always go 5% CDR, combined with Athenes, Blue buff and masteries that will yield you 40% CDR.

Champions with a weak laning phase usually go flat mres, or if you're facing a kill lane.

Champions with a strong laning phase can go scaling AP.

I still use scaling mr glyphs on most all champs mid or not, the ap and cdr glyphs are good but i tend to take hits i shouldnt due to a older laptop for gameplay, its worth it in my opinion.
