Super Sustain Alistar Disruptive tank Support

This is my super sustain disruptive tank build for Alistar. This build offers Huge sustain, Tankyness, Mobility, and of course CC. The items to go for are Talisman, Sightstone, Ardent Censer, Zz'rot Portal, Merc treds, and Frozen Heart. You can find my Runes/Masteries via LolKing under cyrosgold NA Ardent Moo for runes and Alistar for masteries. Start Pulverize, then Roar, then Head butt, max roar, then Pulverize. The extra mana and Mana regen from runes and masteries allows you to spam roar as needed. You provide an attack speed steroid to your team with Censer, and debuff to the enemy with frozen heart, and the Zz'rot provides good resists, mobility, proxy split push, and vision.
Everything you do can benefit the team and be useful, Milk it for all it's worth.
In this game I go 1/1/12 and had over 16k healing done, in longer games I can get up to 30kish!!
Also of the last 4 games I played THIS Alistar build I've gone 0/4/21, 1/4/16, 1/1/12, and 1/2/26, all wins. I'm gonna try recording another ranked match with this build to upload.
Notes:
This may appear to be a squishy build at first but it, in fact, is very durable. With all the mana and mana regen in the build you CAN spam heal without running oom. The only times i have mana issues is when i get into an extended trade or team fight early as ult/pulverize/headbutt all use up mana fast. But even then my regen is so high that i can still cast heals here and there. The heal also provides so much heath you don't need a whole lot in the build. The raptor cloak alone not only makes you tankier but provides mobility while near turrets allowing you to either dodge skill shots, or if need be, body block them to protect your ADC. And because of my high hp regen and healing i can easily allow myself to receive poke instead of my carry to allow them to farm or to body block canon minions.
