What is mana?

Mana is what most champions use as their primary resource to cast their abilities. If a champion does not have enough mana to cast a certain spell, he is "OOM" (out of mana).

Mana regeneration shows how much mana a champion regenerates over a period of time, usually per 5 seconds.
