Im just sick of being stuck in ELO hell with a bunch of ******s. Even if i win a ranked game and lose the next one i get less ELO than i started out with.
I think im gonna mass play normals instead lol, fu ranked.

The misconception is that you have to carry your team.
As long as you hold your weight, and are slightly better than everyone the average, then you will gain elo over a large number of games.
I used to think that way I believe a lot of the problem in the community with "Elo hell" is the player mindset. Players let any one thing get them Down in a ranked and they need something to blame it on, thus Elo hell was born. Look at ranked this way, it's a trial to see if you belong in the Elo or not if you can't carry a game against people the same Elo as you than you'll stay around the range which I think of as "true Elo" once you get better however once you improve at the game with practice and determination you can start winning and climbing out of your true Elo.
