I think Brawm is a good fresh champion, but we need to buff his Q ratio to 4.5% max HP so he can deal damage...at the current, he can be outplayed by Zilean. Riot plz...

Say he has 4200 max HP, and keep in mind his Q is his only damage spell, he only deals 230 (+105) damage. If he's caught in a 1v1 he can't really do much, and all supports should have at least decent fighting power. Sona or (again) Zilean with 0 AP can do a lot of damage because of their kits, even though most play them WITH almost 0 AP
aaaaaaaand dealing 335 damage with no damage items whatever and being tank as **** with stunns, projectiles blocking/reducing damage skill, an area knock/slow that lasts much and a jump increasing mr/armor on both ally and himself.
Also at early level his passive and q deal a ****ons of damage. It is freaking obscene and toxic that riot ignore this, it should buff him immediately, as well as taking some power from euw for giving it to na servers, cuz we too much powa.
Hey Grand, if you don't want Brawm do deal any damage, just say so instead of that BS >_>
