Views: 800 Zilean Rework Idea

Hello Moba! I've been MIA from the blog for a while but here is my idea for a better Mid-lane Zilean, that way he can do more in less time (hue). His current flaw is that he is open to free damage if both 
Time Bomb and Rewind are on cooldown, so I reworked his kit for more damage and gave his spells better names (optional). Enjoy my madness :D
Chronoscape: Zilean applies unstable time energy on the target that detonates after 4s. Enemies near the target suffer magic damage and are Stunned for 1.25s.
Dmg 80/135/190/145/300 (+85% AP)
Mana 70/85/100/115/130
Cooldown 10
Rewind: Zilean amends the time energy around himself, lowering the cooldown on all other spells by 8s. If a spell is cast 1s after using Rewind, this cooldown is reduced by 3s.
Mana 45/50/55/60/65
Cooldown 20/18.5/17/15.5/14
Chronoflux: Zilean alters the time energy around the target ally, increasing their Movement by 50% for a short duration. If cast on an enemy, they take magic damage and are Slowed by 50% for the duration.

Chronoshift: Zilean applies runes to himself or a target ally Champion that last up to 7s. If the bearer takes fatal damage, they are revived at their position with bonus HP after 3s.

Ability "Hightened Wisdom": Zilean and alied Champions gain 8% bonus experience from all slain enemies.

P.S. with the Q change he is able to have a 2.5 second AoE stun on a normal ability that also does damage with how his W works
