I would appreciate support/suggestions and strategy tips on how to get out of B4.
I'm getting S's in games and don't think I personally do that badly, however, every game no matter how good or badly I do, we never seem to win, a good few games go by when I receive an S but am still on 0LP, these s's mean nothing when my rank shows as B4.
I win a few games and gain like 19 :P then I'll lose one game and lose 20, it seems stupid IMO, it doesn't reflect how good or bad you are, simply reflects that you had bad games and lost points even if you personally receive an S your rank and as a personal player is damaged and I don't think its right, spesh-ly when you get trolls nd feeders on your team, you lose when you play well.

Everyone gets feeders and has AFKs. You just have to chock those games up as unwinnable and learn what you can from them, but not take them to heart.
I mostly jungle but do Top secondary and I take satisfaction when I can manage to do things like set up a freeze when I am ahead and shove to turret if I know my laner is trying to roam since they can't safely farm against me. To me climbing has happened as I've learned to more consistently take advantage of a gestalt of ideas (matchups, CSing, when to freeze, when to push, when to teleport, making sure I have my CC ability if I noticed my jungler coming to gank early game, in short lots and lots of little things adding up).
What roles do you play and what champion(s) do you main? It's way easier to climb if you focus on only two roles and a very small champion pool. We can probably give you more useful advice with this information.
I'm pretty busy at the moment, the little time I have I'm spending to see if I can get to gold again this season. But in a few weeks I may have some time to play a few games with you if you like, we're on the same server. (can't really teach you more than basics though, I'm high silver level at best atm)
In any case, don't be afraid to play stupid champions. Something like
The LP gains and losses your experiencing right now indicate that the system thinks you should be at a lower rank, probably because you played some bad games or your placements weren't good. Even though it feels like you're not getting anywhere, if you consistently keep winning more games than you lose, your hidden matchmaking rating (MMR) will slowly improve and eventually you'll start getting as much LP for a win as for a loss, or maybe even double the points you lose for one win.
General climbing tips: always take a short break between matches. Clearing your mindset a bit is really important. If you just stomped a game, you don't want to start in the next game thinking you can just jump on the opposing laner while you actually can't because you're not stomping (yet). In the same way, after a loss you're still subconsciously in an underdog mindset which may not be beneficial in the next game.
Overall, I think that this rule helped me climb most a few seasons ago when I went from low silver to gold: if you lose a game, just stop playing for that day. You can go for a normal or whatever if you want to, but don't play any more ranked until after you've had a night of sleep. This helps prevent those long tilting losing streaks. But what worked well for me might not work well for you.
Specific things you may want to look up: orbwalking / stutterstep (VERY IMPORTANT), zone control / zoning, minion control.

The champ I'm using atm is Kat mid, I either do amazing with her, last game I got an S- or I do nothing and might aswell not be there.
I've tried Yas and am not that good with him, my main champs are Vel'Koz, Karma and Galio just lately Kat.
I will follow some of your tips and see if my game improves but depends on alot of my team, I find it hard to come bac when my team feed.
