Have u even read my post? If so i think ur not able to understand written text. I gave an explanation why FH is better then SF cape. Even with exact numbers to prove it. Instead u just come and tell, nah.... SF is better.
Once more, just for you:
If we omit the price (just 150 gold diffrence) and the effective HP (both items give nearly the same) we are comparing between the item stats left which are:

1. 40 dmg/sec for SF
VS.
1. +500 mana (malph is quite mana hungry)
2. + 20% ability cooldowns (spam Q and E)
3. 20% enemy attack speed reduction (priceless in any teamfight)

If i have to compare here according to the above list, FH is obviously better.
Care to explain ur choice? Or are u just allways such a troll?

Mmm I once tried this but I really had my hands tight because of low gold income. SF cape and the AoE Malp got is really an goldfarm. I rather take SF and then build up faster then getting stuck after I got FH. Ofcourse if the teamfights start very early, FH is an better option, but I never see that happen.

Following this build for some games now but I never got to finish it.. Enemy team always surrenders whenever i get my Force of Nature :(

I'm laying back first 5 levels, getting as much gold as I can. Once i got Sunfire Cape i just rampage minions waves for some sweet gold and not really helping out @ teamfights untill I got force of Nature. Thats where the fun starts. I keep my ult in teamfights to stop ulti's (like nunu's).

Very usefull guide, thank you!

Clearly he's never played malphite... SF cape is literally tailor made for malph... It gives him sustained dmg which he lacks, HP for him and for his passive, armor for him, and for his slam...

Sunfire is the best malphite item ever ^^

Every kill is not 300 gold if they're not on a rampage. =P

If they're on a dieing spree it goes down bit by bit =D

i wont vote, because im neutral to the guide. although you playstyle and tips are nice (would give a +1 for that, i'd have to give -1 for items) so i just leave a comment and dont vote. What's wrong with the items (please take this as no offense, just constructive criticism):
-sunfire cape and FoN. I wont just troll and i will explain my resoning.
i would leave out sunfire from core and leave it as an optional item, instead put in the frozen heart as core right after the mpen shoes (which are great for malph btw). Lets compare. malph at lvl 18 with no items, runes or masteries has 3427.7 effective health (health considering his armor, EH short). With Cape (which is just ~150 gold cheaper then the heart) his EH grows to 5297, while with heart it grows 5307.71. Very small advantage for heart BUT heart gives u a lot of other usefull stuff for malph while cape gives u just the 40 magic damage/second. To sum it: for approximatly the same gold (150 is really not a diffrence) u get a slightly better EH from FH and u trade the 40 damage/sec from cape for 500 mana, 20% CDR and attack speed reduction of nearby enemies by 20%!!! thats huge in my opinion. Heart totally owns cape here.
Second - FoN / Banshees. Its basically the same story as the one above. FoN gives u +1443.24 EH (in regards to magic damage not AD like before), while banshees gives u +1708.87 EH. The diffrence between the to is again just cca 100 gp so we can neglect that. And the unique stat of banshees is much better then the one of FoN.
So i personally would build like this: Sorc Shoes, Frozen Hearth, Banshees ..... here u can continue with Abyssal scepter and some health is a good idea too (Rylai's is perfect - some hp, lot of AP for ur shard and ult and a slow on spells)
Try this changes out, it really works nicely and have good luck with ur malph game

gotta try a ring as starting item some time, I normally just take a shield and that works fine, but I do have mana issues usually so maybe a ring can change that a bit :)

Anyway Frozen Heart really isn't that expensive, it's only 100 gold more expensive then a Sunfire Cape and is very similar in price to almost every other item you recommend. It's also an item I usually get fairly early in the game for the CDR and the mana, but maybe if you have a few rings there's not really a need to.

Anyway I think I'll give the rings a try some time, most of the other items are what I usually build anyway and depend on what my opponents are/do of course.

if your going to start off in an unorthodox manner (ie doran's ring) you should provide an explanation

it's optional so :) feel free to try it. I guess it's better yes when you facing alot of physical opponents.
