why not fervor of battle ?:
It ONLY deals extra damage against champions not creeps. Even thought it ccan be stacked of creeps, it decays over 5 seconds and you cant reach a lane after killing the golems in 5 seconds. which means its no use for gangs and team fights since you cant stack it that fast either.
why deathfire touch ?:
it gives a little bit of burst when you gang and in team fights to assasinate targets. Its mostly 50 more damage, which matters so much while ganging an enemy.
why not runic affinity ?:
utility tree is not as good as defense. if you go with utility tree you have to get dangerous game which you dont need since you are not a laner. no need to talk about bandit. even tohugh merciless is very good, its not worth it. you dont need cookies since you go with jungler potion. runic affinity is good but only for early game and baron buff. since you are gonna give blue to mid laner and red to adc you dont really need this treat. other than that even if it seems weak having 15 percent cd on your flash and specialy smite is so big of a deal. explorer gives a little movement speed...its not that good. even the ability is good 12 is really little, but you still take it instead of though skin, since Vi has no problem clearing jungle.

At AD comps. Lets think of an enemy team of that kind. Zed, Jinx Karma Lee Sin Cho'Gath. You arent really worried about zed since he cant / wont kill you. He will rush for the carries instead. Jinx will kite you hard if you try to ult her without a team that is ready to kill her. Randuin's Omen this will lower the damage of crits + it slows. And karma and malphite these will hurt you but you dont want to go MR just because of them so you banshee which has an awesome shield. this armor is not enough so you ofc buy dead mans plate too. You need some damage, well there is just 1 spot left in the build and its boots...you always want some cc reduction and you are also a bit low on the MR.
This ofc depends on enemies there cant be a FIX build.
And about the trinket. All the abiliteis of vi is short ranged ( compared to the trinket ). If you want to ult someone behind the wall you can just toss a ward there. Its mostly taken by ADCs since they CANT risk face checking/ warding a brush ( they might get caught ). You have easy escapes with your q and tanky enough to escape ( they cant race dead mans plate....other than udyr). So i think wards are overall more usefull.
You dont need to "be polite or be careful typing" at least here.

(Sidenote: I rewrote this like 10 times trying to word my question politely but sometimes what I think is polite seems to be rude/arrogant towards others, so I apologize if my wording seems rude.)

Edit: Oh also, would the scrying trinket be viable at all, to try and attempt to snipe with Vi's ulti from a bit farther away, or is the range on her ult not enough to really make the scrying worth it?
