You could add to the spell section that you can use ghost if the enemy team lacks CC :) Not that that happens a lot, but I think it's important to know when you should!

Edit: Or when you're confident enough you can miss a skillshot, ghost gives a percentage movement speed bonus, so it can stack up pretty high lategame!

Sorry but i have some concerns. There is no reason to back after 3 camps. I do a FULL clear, gank and then do another full clear before i ever have to back. And hunter potion is pretty unnecessary on Udyr he only needs the refillable potion. Also not building Rot right after jng item and boots is a bad idea, you want to get that portal down and start putting pressure on the map as early as possible.
