Interesting build. You people shouldn't knock til you try it. For someone like Nocturne that has a kit that gives him everything he needs, this type of build can be decently viable. Just go try it.

Frozen mallet synergizes perfectly with your E to keep them in tether range? It also provides 700 health, second best for any one item...
Tanky dps without frozen mallet is a little foolish.

Continuing, there are many legendary items in the final build, i don't know what your talking about. Over 70% of champions use mana, and have weak mana pools early. Making you get the full benefits of wits end mid game at around 18-20 minutes when you buy it. I'm not sure where you guys came up with these arguments? They don't even respond to the arguments for the items or even the basic concept of the build?

Please have real criticism if you are going to downvote me.
Please tell me how a wits end at 20 minutes is bad.
Please tell me how frozen mallet on a tanky dps is bad.
Please tell me how bloodthirster, starks, last whisper, frozen mallet, and banshees are not tier 1 items?

Never Heat is right wits end may be useful but it shouldnt be in the core build maybe a situational item to help with magic resist and stuff but not in core build should have thought this out before posting.

Sorry but you claim this is a build for "advanced" players, and only use 2 top tier items, one of which, the wits end, is completely unnecessary. There is a certain amount of survivability you can get on nocturne that will still keep him dishing out alot of damage. Tone down the damage, throw in a g.a. or something, take out the frozen mallet, you really dont need it and its a waste of gold.. call it a day
