Seals for mana regen are useless you're the only blue carrier in the team :F
Cooldowns gets from frozen heart and blue so glyphs also useless

Oh, I'm aware of that. Just saying that perseverance gives absolutely no benefit really. It adds two mana regen per 5 lategame, and, well, none in the first 8 levels when it's really needed.

I play Anivia a lot, and have never run into much mana trouble with Clarity and an early RoA (RoA really does give good mana, and it's actually even more beneficial to "horizontal build". This means getting The tier one items of Arch Staff and RoA, then upgrading both at once.)

Trust me Anivia is very mana dependent. You need all the mana and mana regen as possible early game.

Perserverance in the utility tree is absolutely useless. Seriously, do the math and you'll be surprised.

Also, RoA before Arch Staff would be better in my opinion. No vote yet for me.
