Ranking consume as much as you do makes you weaker early/mid game in terms of clashing dmg and utility. 2 ranks in consume should be enough for early game jungling, whereas level 7 is too late for bloodboil imo. Well before level 7 you should gank a lane, and bloodboil is a must for a successful gank (especially since you do not bring flash) because it speeds up you and your laning ally.

Try starting with cloth armor, sight ward, & 2 hp pots or boots, sight ward, hp pot. With a leash on golem, these start combos give you a ward to either give vision for a lane or ward their jungle buffs.

idk why you would take flash for ult? maybe to flash in and ult? but exhaust is much more viable and allows you to get kills easier escape cripple carrys etc

oh sorry i misread your ? if u dont have Hp Quints u can start at double golemns skip red do wraiths wolfs (go back) or instead of going back do blue then go back gank then do red/counter jungle.

I readed a lot of build Nunu and this is the best i think. Another build have a lot of hp but have no dmg, other have dmg but is to easy to kill. This is usefull and working so good.
