Why would you get HP items first when your abilities scale with ability power?

Maybe because the scaling on Rumble's abilities really suck. Like I think it is 1:0.5? But with the boots and HP, you can stay in lane longer.

If that's the case, "the way you play rumble" is probably low-ELO.

Wow what a childish remark. Have you even TRIED my build at all to begin with?

Also, I see you've been revenge downvoting. Not something people look kindly upon.

Take a look at the trolls section I posted. The only people I downvoted were ones that trolled me to begin with. Other than you, the only downvotes I've gotten on this guide were from users trying to boost their own Rumble guide. To me, this is not revenge downvoting. In my opinion if you have a guide for a certain character, you shouldn't be able to vote on guides for that character, but it does not seem that MOBAFire shares my views. I've been respectful to all other Rumble guides and not downvoted them to try and boost my own score. I made this guide to show other users how I personally like to play Rumble and perhaps help some other users in so doing, not to flex my epeen and say I have the top rated Rumble guide. I wish other users would respect that and stop trolling me. Also, as I said in my items section, if you see you keep getting owned by a character, get some resist to counteract that. If someone has Madred's, you can usually end up killing them before they get you to half health if you focus them, except in the case of perhaps Kog'Maw, which I would suggest going for some resist early if you see him on the enemy team and believe that he is competent enough to gear correctly. I have not found a need for very much resist the way I play Rumble except in the cases above, as he has a great deal of health and ways to avoid damage.

Really? You're going to be a jerk and give me -1 just because you have your own Rumble guide?

Love rumble, and this build is a solid build with AoE+Armor, and AP beef.

The defense of merc threads is mandatory on a champ like rumble, for he is always in the DANGA ZONE, in the middle of a fray....get another defense item like abyssal scepter, if u really want the 20 magic reduction on the enemy team. void staff should be avoided.

Merc Treads are useless unless you have a high cc/high AP enemy team. If the enemy team is totally melee, get Ninja Tabi. If you have a decent cc tank in your team comp (which you should) you won't have to worry about either of these because your tank will be taking the brute force of all the attacks, leaving you to just go kill the enemy team while they are in retreat. Before teamfights, cc shouldn't even bother you all that much to begin with. If you know that you're going to be cced, go ahead and pop Flamespitter so you make the person that cced you pay for it. In many cases, such as Rammus' and Shen's taunts, they may end up dying from the taunt if your Flamespitter is up. I'm not saying that taunts are a good thing, but from my experience, Sorcerer's Shoes seem to work best. Also, if you would actually read my section called "Items" you would stop complaining about the Void Staff. If you would actually try my guide and play Rumble the way I describe you'd find that you would actually like it, but I don't really think it matters if you read my guide and try it or not because you're going to give me a downvote simply because you have your own Rumble guide. In my opinion you shouldn't even be allowed to vote on my guide since it is a conflict of interest when you have a competing guide.
