Probably slightly broken Temptation to actually start writing up some builds again
Gonna start with Renekton probably Buys LeBlanc finally as he works his way down his lists of champions. Starts carrying ranked and normals. Gets called a lamer for copying Reginald. Finds out Reginald has been playing LeBLanc. Fml. |

They're stackign armor, so the Razor will do more damage, despite the opposing team stackign armor, because your team consists of DPS champs, so it's slightly overpowered or broken in that way. |

You can get 2.5 hits per sec and 15% of maxhealt magic damage per hit... hate and love him. yea. love it. and the best thing about it is how freaking long his range is.  Living Artillery hits from 2000. that's why this and as are staple for kog in my builds.

Just because something is good does not make it broken. It still costs an arm and a leg, and doesn't crack down on squishies as much as conventional dps items. |

That's 25 hits to kill someone O.o Only really good IMO with either huge amounts of AS, or an additional similar effect like  Bio-Arcane BarrageThats not considering the damage your champion is doing as well, this is an additional 4% on top of that, it definitely adds up against tanks. |

good for twitch, too. epic AS + his piercing ult. got one pentakill and two qudra kill with this tactic. and even if the enemy focuses you down, you probably burned half of maximum hp of entire enemy team for the rest of your team to scavenge on (hello 5 assists!). When playing twitch, be sure to click Debiliating Poison and Expunge before you die if you dont have them on CD, to increase possibility of your team to get kills. |
