I feel that you get a lot of magic resist, but you left out the armor that is needed. Maybe replacing warmogs with an item such as randuin's omen will help even out your character against the various forms of attackers. too much magic resist is a waste of money when you are playing a hybrid, while the lack of armor will leave you vulnerable.

The early game massive HP regen just doesn't seem to smart to me. I mean sure you get HP and regen from Warmog's but I think it'd be more beneficial if you were to get Heart of Gold -> Rylais -> Randuin's Omen/FoN. The HP regen early game just feels so minimal and getting something with a good proc as you're building early game tanky would be of great benefit, if you ask me.
