I am not a fan of Thornmail on tanks usually, but I can see it on Nunu, given the threat level of his ult tending to make him an instant focus in team fights. I will, however, shy away from Warmog's, just because of the general utility provided by other health items you can acquire, and it provides no additional bonuses outside of health and regen. You are hard pressed to gain sufficient gold when you aren't going to be scoring a lot of kills, and your reliance on your full team can be crippling. Since you're already going support tank with the general play style, I'd lean toward making it that much more of a pain to get ganked by him, by making his slowing ability truly crippling to enemies that are not Yi.

In this capacity, instead of the dual Warmog's, go for the Frozen Mallet and a Force of Nature. You'll lose a sizable chunk of HP (a bit over 1 fully stacked Warmog's worth), but you'll have significantly improved utilty when paired up with any carry, and in team fights if they break your ult, while still having ~3.5k hp, and a reasonable amount of damage reduction. On that note, instead of hanging onto the Doran's Ring forever, consider selling it early on for a Negatron Cloak that you can build into a Force of Nature any time you want.

*Edit: Noticed I made a mistake when looking at the build, miscounting the items. Cutting out the Rylai's I mentioned before is an appropriate measure, and I have edited my post to reflect this.

I do that sometimes but generally i like to go straight tank. The extra ap would not benefit much. Like i said in the build 50 ap is not much compared to 1125

This is a cool tank build but it would be better if you had some ap instade of that 2nd Warmog's Armor, something like Rylais Scepter or something like that
