No offense, but you kinda suck at him. You are great in lane and stuff and your build is great, but your knowledge of Tryndamere is pretty poor, shown in the video. Plus, you should sell your Wriggle's Lantern for something more useful later game.
You should probably go more indepth about his gameplay and his stuff, otherwise good guide!

I've tried it, but at my opinion, its better if you start with your Q, if you solotop and if you jungle, because it can heal you, make you crit (hit harder) and by the same fact have a better farm.

You should get it at level 3 because you can chase heros with it.

Nice build. I think you should start out with your first point in spinning slash so that you can chase heros at start. Also ignite can be used if you start with spinning slash. I would also suggest not upgrading spinning slash until the end. It is realy only helpful for chasing at the beginning and mid game. Thats the only suggestions i have.
