its not too bad but using him as a tank seems kinda useless. Spartans are fighters not defenders, they where known for their teamwork and skill of organisation, aswell as their courage on the battlefield. Pantheon is made like that. Give him alot of damage, decent attack speed and a good team to back him up and you'll win most likely every game. I also agree on the first comment, you'll need to give more details if you want it to be good, a build should be an easy to understand guideline as of how you would advise a champion to be used.

P.S you even forgot boots in your build making the ghost spell being wasted as they'll always be faster then you.
