I don't like the guide. Not going to downvote, since I'm not a big expert of Cassiopeia, but here are my reasons:

1) Terrible skill sequence. Yea, Twin Fang spam and damage is op, but you won't get any good farm. + If your opponent figures out that you put everything into your e, they will just deny you the opportunity to spam it. Game's over.

2) Don't like the presentation of the guide. Boring text, a lot of generalizations like "standard caster", absolute lack of alternative options.

3) You do not know anything about your opponents.
"Leblanc is awful late game." - absolute ridicule. You probably have never seen a LeBlanc that knows how to behave in late.

"She ( Vayne) nerfed so hard. Faceroll her." - Oh, really? Why is she considered like the second most op AD carry after Kog that wins games? + Vayne's early game can be very strong.

You have a lot to work on here, in my humble opinion.

I honestly, think it needs more work to be done. I'm not going to get into it. But do some more work on it, polish it up a bit.

BAD GUIDE... Looks like you just copy/pasted her recommended build save 1 item. Rylai's should always be core as well. That item is just too boss for her killing prowess/hunt as well as run the F away survivability. Also, would like to add that Clarity is a waste of a summoner, and Q>E.

I see many cass's max E and i think that its not as good as ur Q. Q gives more damage, less mana costs, the ability to spam it more (twin fang needs poison) and it also keeps u a safe distance from the enemy. So i thank you for maxing q first :D. One thing is that i dont really like clarity with Cass, she isn't that much mana reliant. I find that 2 doran rings early removes your mana needs and gives you a lot more damage earlier on + i find that another summoner spell like ignite can be a lot more beneficial in terms of damage output.
If you were to max twin fang first, i would understand the need of clarity, but cass isn't that mana reliant to get clarity. (Think Anivia's ult, Swain's ult, Karthus' AOE) +1
btw check out my Anivia guide :D

every time I played with Cassio, he did not like to rush the "tear of the Godness" because you do not have much mana, so use all the skill repeatedly to activate the effect, meant that I was always low on mana. I enjoyed using the Rod of Aeges, + clarity, I love this build.

yesterday using your build

This guide has done wonders for me. I would highly recommend it for players new to Cassiopeia.

Really like the strategy tips and info on how to battle specific champions. I'm finding that cass is really hard to play and this kind of information is immensely helpful.

well its a very nice guide. but i like to start with magic pen marks mana regend pr/lvl seals 4 ap pr/lvl glyphs and 5 flat ap. and 3 flap ap quents..

also i start with either dorans ring or tomb.

the reason is that cass dominates early and mid game, and the early 40-50 ap does a big difference. and if fed, she is a pain the whole game through.

nice build, but i am asking what about dealing with urgot and his combo ^^ ?

Urgot has a strong laning phase comparable to Cass. A full combo from Urgot can literally take away 1/3 to 1/2 of your health. This applies to nearly every champion early game and not just Cass. The key to beating Urgot is avoiding his E while landing your Q and then using E.
