Cassiopeia deals 50 / 85 / 120 / 155 / 190 (+55% of ability power) magic damage to her target. If the target is poisoned then Twin Fang's cooldown is reduced to 0.5 seconds.

Overpowered Ability, but Underated. Cassiopeia can use Miasma + Twin Fangs combo and enemy is ****ted.

this ability can also abuse Teemo's and Singed's poison. yeah it's cheap like that
