Wait, attack speed 50? That worries me.

If I were you I would put less effort in building attack speed and critical strike items, and moar in survivability. (Sorry to say, but avarice blade on Urgot = NO.)

I'm sure this is a personal preference but since Urgot should not be auto attacking in teamfights (his abilities are just too awesome to ignore) I would go with items like Banshees Veil. His slow, ult and offtank (shield) capabilities are what makes you win like Charlie Sheen. Not his crits.

I also think we both play a different role in a team. I usually go for an anticarry role (just ult that Ashe! :D) since his lategame dmg cant be high unless you build pure BF swords.

But still, a very interesting build!

Like many people have already stated, Urgot is a caster DPS and crit and life steal dont do anything for him, if you are constantly in range to auto attack and would rather use that then his q you are playing Urgot wrong, Riot made him a bulky attacker for a reason, Once you get a couple of key attacking items like Manamune, Brutalizer, and Last Whisper, you should focus on Utility and bulk, the only use Urgot has in a Phantom dancer is the movement boost.

I'm sick of seeing builds like this getting voted to the top. Urgot is a carry in the same way the AD TF is a carry... A bad one. Their auto attacks are too short to keep them at a safe distance. I main Urgot, and I'd like to think I play him damn well. I'm not trolling to try and get my guide higher, I don't give a ****. This is just another abuse of Urgot. Youmuu's Ghostblade is terribly gimped on ranged characters, and you should be focusing on 3 things: Tank, AD, and CDR. Not: Crit, lifesteal, and carrying. This isn't how you play Urgot. He's not an auto-attack champ. He's an AD caster.
