true it doesnt work on towers i forgot i put that and why is it a tragesty? the way that i play poppy doesnt get me many minion kills and i wait for the perfect time to ambush someone it works, i wait for lvl 5 because it gives her the movement speed boost when she needs it and i lvl up her q and e so they deal more damage ultimately posing me as more of a threat early game.

I do not believe Devastating Blow works on towers, as your guide alleges. Also, waiting till L5 to get Paragon is a travesty.

Very nice build, im a frequent player of poppy and your build explains alot of the main ideas and stratagies behind playing poppy +1 i like your new idea behind her ability power build as well.

Poppy! Assuming 720 AP and good hand-eye coordination for E (terrain impact, ie in jungle)
Q:149(physical dmg, base+W)+100+150(1875hp squishy)+0.6*720+720(LB)=1551
E:150+275+(0.4+0.4)*720=1001 (720(LB)+149) (Total 1870)
note that her Q is on 4sec cd but lich bane procs ON IMPACT...
If you factor in her R, then:
1551*1.4=2171
1001*1.4=1401 (1008(LB)+222)(Total 2631)

There you go, a few trusty 2k bursts with skills that doesn't rely on crit...So 4802 Damage for E, auto attack, Q, Ofc this wont kill tanks, but for squishies this is a death sentence. The highest hitting true damage champion is Chogath with a 1150, and with 720 ap and you can hit 1975 with Veigar (depending on the amount of ap your enemy has) topping Akalis dash be 15, and the most damage from aoe moves goes to Nunu with 2600 damage :].

I updated my guide in my abilities section based on what you said.
