Ok, you said 85% crit chance from the build and runes, but as soon as you put a point into turtle stance udyr can't crit.
Yeah, read the spell description. He can't crit in Turtle Stance.

Hmm, do you play udyr?
Putting a point in turtle won't make you unable to crit for ever. The thing about Udyr unable to crit is when he pops turtle stance. When in turtle stance, Udyr can't crit, but as soon as he changes to Tiger, Bear or Pheonix, he's back on track and can wreck his opponents with some awesome crits!
