add some icons, it gives the image that you really put down time on the build and it looks better! changing FoN with a armor item would probably be a better choice.

This is interesting and has potential. Some suggestions are different choices on summoner spells and perhaps a few different choices for the last few items.
You have lots of Mres, but only 90 armor. Perhaps, instead of a FoN, give some other choices such as Guardians Angel or Randuons Omen. I would also suggest that maybe you should get Merc treds, as the tenacity helps greatly. But if you get mercs, you should really get more armor, since you would have massive amounts of Mres but get face-melted by any AD or DPS carry.
+0 for now. I like the build, you just need a bit more modifications.
