wow, i was skeptical at first but wow, this build just destroys. I had always been trying to get max cd reduction on riven as soon as poossible, but you don't even get any and it works a helluva lot better. You're totally right about her cd's being off after the full combo no matter the cd reduction, thanks, its a great build. :)
