Yeah, that would definitely make him a proper tank. I should get around to putting some ideas up and different item combos. The reason I put a point into blood scent is to help with ganking at 6.

I would suggest you take into consideration swapping Malady with Wit's End and maybe put Frozen Mallet in there, because it gives awesome HP boost as well as some AD and slow which is good combo with Blood Scent. Also IMO you should upgrade Hunters Call at 3 as well for easier jungling and when Hungering Strike is maxed, prioritize it before blood scent.

Pretty good i prefer the mag pen on warwick and would replace aegis with GA but this works
