This might be a bit late, but the title.
This is really tanky for an AP carry build, Full AP cho looks more like this.
Not to blatantly advertise my guide, just saying the title was a bit misleading for me.
Otherwise, this is a solid build for him.

Might I suggest replacing RoA with Abyssal Scepter? More resistance, less health. Ergo; No problem with their DPS' buying Bllodrazors.
Oh god D: Blood Razor is going to add a whole 60 damage D:.
You should be more scared for infinity edge than Bloodrazor as 157 MR cho'gath.

No clue, but i cant seem to get rid of the duplicates!

For example,
With item build, however, I'd rather go with the following order:
Merc's Treads, Rod of the Ages, Rabadon's Deathcap, Guardian Angel, Zhonya's Hourglass, Abyssal Scepter.
