As LeBlanc, you dont harass that much that you need Manaregenrunes, since you should also kill your target anyways in early-game...and you can put as much work as you want into a Guide, that it looks nice, long-in-depth read etc. etc., some people just upvote because of that, other also look into the content, and Masteries, Runes&Items are an important part too

EDIT: The Masterie section is outdated too!

Oh okay, so I put 3 hours of work into this guide and carefully structured tips. But because I choose to have mana-regin runes (for easy harass) you downvote me. Makes sense.
