For Weapon Expertise you need to take 4 points in Alacrity , as is the case with Lethality . For that you need to take 4 points in Deadliness . If you don't know this, then this obviously isn't what you use as your masteries, which leaves me wondering why you put those in your guide. And by the way, last whisper should be a situational item. With The Brutalizer, your runes and your masteries, you already penetrate through ALL of the armor of your enemies. You only need Last Whisper if they stack armor to counter you. And Shurelya's Reverie isn't a good item on Talon. He doesn't need health regen, he doesn't need mana regen, he doesn't need health. And more AD is more useful on him than cooldown reduction. And Frozen Mallet isn't the best item for him either. Talon doesn't need more health. And that nice little passive can come in handy, but early-mid game it isn't necessary. You should either aim for another BF sword or Sheen after The Bloodthirster.

Great guide, I'm sure you could benefit by removing an items such as Frozen Mallet, and replacing it with Trinity force, but overall great guide.
