Now my discussion on akali in general. I actually disagree with your cheat sheet skill sequence. It has Mark of the Assasin maxed at level 12 when in fact it should be maxed by level 9. The reason is because it does more damage and once you trigger the mark, you recover back more energy,
As for items I sort of disagree with stacking Void Staff] with [[Haunting Guise. Taking Haunting Guise reduces the effectiveness of the Void Staff as flat penetration takes preference before percentage penetration. You are better off using your last item slot with something like Rabadon's Deathcap. Not even sure why you didn't include it in your item build when all AP carries would take it for its huge AP and its passive.
Since Akali is a burst hero, she can take down most heroes before they can even kill it. So there isnt really a reason to get Good Hands . I dont find the 9 points spent in utility is worth it as much as spending it on defence. If you believe she will die, get something that makes her survive longer (defence masteries).
Expanded Mind isn't really that useful on her. 10 extra energy on her for the price of 3 masteries isn't worth it imo. By the tinme you hit level 9, your Mark of the Assasin effectively only costs 20 energy as you consume back 40 after triggering the mark. Crescent Slash isn't really needed to take down one target. The combination of Mark of the Assasin, Shadow Dance and your auto attack is more than enough to take down one target. Since Shadow Dance doesn't use energy and Mark of the Assasin effectively only costs 20 energy, you shouldn't be having energy problems and therefore no need for the extra 10 energy. In teamfights Crescent Slash is more useful but even then your role as the assasin is to quickly burst down their damager dealers i.e. carries which is essentially the same as what was mentioned above, taking down one target.
otherwise a pretty decent guide. You could try using bbcoding to make your guide look better rather than just a chunk of texts.
