Hmm, can someone give a List of champs Who can use this? And Second, since this item isn't "good" late, when is the best time to Sell this. Sometimes I sell this way too late, say 30 mins into the game , and the game like ends by 37 mins :\ |

I think the more important question would be when it's too alte to buy it (when getting zoned etc) and just buy a voidstaff instead. Note that there probably is no exact time, it all depends on how much MR the enemy team is building. |

That means if you get this item, you get free stats from both mods. The Rylai scepter is another such item any Vlad should get for this reason. |

Don't forget how many can be 20 magic penetration. Also, low HP boost. Nice item for early game. |
