@theJohn, undertow should always be maxed last because it has a low-ush scaling and you already have frozen mallet. its only useful in the beginning for harass and slow. Vicious strikes i agree shouldnt be maxed first, but second, or at the same time as reckless swing, reckless swing to too good to not max first that early in the game.

I agree with you on also maxing Reckless Swing at the same time you would Tough It Out i can agree and will probably change that because the true damage early is mind blowing when it's maxed out alongside Tough It Out

Undertow has a good damage and 40% slow, and the possibility of reducing the cooldown. Closing the gap is easy
Reckless Swing deals true damage, so its totally awesome

You should max either Undertow or Reckless Swing first, and Tough It Out should be the last
Think about this. i know you probably have much more info on the game and other champions, but i'm honest to my build. The reason i do take Undertow last is because once you purchase a Frozen Mallet, you'll have the same % of a slow as if you maxed Undertow first. I max Tough It Out due to the lifesteal early and why wouldn't anyone max Reckless Swing, it's true flippin' damage. honestly, i posted this for people to try. I do well with it, i like the way it works, and if you haven't tried it, don't criticize it because it may be better than you think.
