I hear what your saying. I've decided to add the Black Cleaver into the build. You're right the armor penetration is really missing against tank champions. Thanks for the feedback. +1 Rep for you!

EDIT: Actually tried it with Caitlyn and in Teamfights the burstdmg is really nice but in 1on1 ur better with Critbased-Build. With a good team i can only recommend it!
I really like the idea of the splashdmg but what I miss is armor pen and life steal
I actually would replace the occult with a black cleaver or bloodthirster.
Black cleaver would be a bit more expensive but u get an additional attackspeed and amor pen.
Bloodthirster would refill ur life very fast and u also get 100 additional dmg (would be very easy to farm with the splashdmg!!)
But nice Guide think gonna try that more often in games ;)
