You deal 10% of a target champion's max health in magic damage with your W active, (even for extreme glass cannons this is at least 160 in lvl 18), not including bonus damage from your Malady, Wit's End and Sword of the Divine if you get them. That alone makes Kog'Maw a hybrid DPS.

good it is a bit hybrid but i build more anti-tank than hybrid

Haven't tried the build yet, but the bonus damage from Sword of the Divine, Living Artillery and Madred's Bloodrazor (as well as all your abilities) make me wonder why you neglect any possibility for building magic penetration. You start with some magic penetration runes, but that will make next to no difference (5% at best?) which only becomes less as the game advances. If you're aiming to do hybrid damage, consider adding Void Staff/ Sorcerer's Shoes to the optional items to keep your magic damage noticeable.

i don't do a hybrid build, i just start with magic penetration cause of madred's and bio arcane barrage, this helps you do to a bit anti-tank damage, if you try you will see that it's nice

This build seems pretty interesting with the mixed runes gotta test it - dunno if it's really that viable.
The guide is well layoutet and you give explanation for your choices!

Honestly, Sword of the Divine doesn't belong there unless you're laning a Jax or if your a Twisted Fate. Honestly, a Wit's End is a much better fir, whatever, it lowers your attack speed. with this build, your attack speed is crazy enough already. plus you do have some grammar issues, mainly just words in the wrong places. i would recommend fixing that so people have a better understanding of your build

I tryed 2 time to play with wit's end it changed not really many things so i stay by sword of the divine, but i added wits end to the optional buildings
