One thing that ive thought about doing is changing my glyphs to straight ARP for the increased early game farm, and hopefully few kills.

I like you tried my guide and left feedback, thats really what im looking for, and thats awesome, i also agree with what you said about longer games, i personally have only had about 45 sometimes 55 minute games as tryn and those are 3v3 games i might add, and being that its 3v3 and that its fairly low lvl and sometimes there is less ganking in a game, ive never actually finished my build in a single game, so im still unsure on the 6th item, as far as i can see i actually forgot to set a 6th item lol, personally i like yomans for the speed boost and extra ganking, but as i said ive never gotten that far into my build in a single game. so im not 100 percent sure yet.

I can give you a thumbs Up. +1

Not exactly me, but a premate has tested your build and he agree with you in nearly everything, but he said, there is a small line between DPS and DPS.

In short few words, he meant:

250 AD + 1,75 AS > 300AD + 1,35 AS
(but you know that already ^^)

The Improveness, which my mate and I offer you is that, think 2 steps further than your enemies.

Are you going on "Heavy Damage" and you got a nice farm (incl. killing spree)
try to get AD/LvL Marks, Mix with AD/AS Seals, 2 AD Quints 1 AS Quint (the Crit Dmg Boost from Quints isnt so necessary after the Infinity Edge) and get your open choice on Glyphs.
(my mate used 4 AS Glyphs 5 AD Flat Runes, but he prefer more the AD LVL runes)

When you have an average game, and you know that before, change the AD LVL runes to Flat and use by Marks Armor Penetration and 2 ArPen Quints (15 + 6 ArPen from masteries + 6,67 = ~30 ArPen = it comes close to true damage to each squishy target) instead.

And for the last word of myself, I like your Itembuild and the short explanation between Last Wisper and Black Cleaver. But for a longer game, i would recommend an alternative option to the 6th Item (when you sell Doran's Blade)
Something like a second Phantom Dancer, a Trinity Force, a second Blood Thirster or even, when you going against a heavy Crowd Controlling Team (Slow,Stun,Taunt and more) then get a Quicksilver Sash or a Warmogs (for HP) or Atmas (when you still need some Crit + Armor)

One other thing that i really enjoy about my runes, masteries, and build is, atleast right now, i will tear people up, because for the most part you will get your IE before they can even start building gear/armor. With that said it means that you can basicly 4-5 shot just about anyone, and i usually solo dragon on Twisted Treeline at like level 12. (a little back story, i play on Mac and the beta out right now has massive memory leak, and this means that basiclly i can not playing on Summoners Rift after 20 minutes of game play and with Treeline its about 40 so around a whole game)

Just as something to everyone i plan on adding more to my guide, a strategy for twisted treeline as well as some basic playstyle tips and such, just havent had the free time yet to do that.

Well, that makes sense, that on your spot, some players really don't figured out, that more armor = Less Damage is. But I can promise you, on Level 30 it isnt so much different.
(Some brainless players exist everywhere)

When I can afford a bit of a learning game, I can try your choice, and can give you response if it is working and how well it is going.
(Runes, Masteries and "your" mainway to build Tryndamere up)

About your question, if there exist a better combination.
I can telling you... NO!. It doesn't, because it is very much depending on the art like each player playing their game.
(More aggro game = more dmg build; Advance player = balanced build; passiv player = goes more beefy, but that isn't a common sentence for all players)

Also Elementary, i forgot this when i was posing the last response, this is also a lower level guide, this probably wouldnt work ina lvl 30 game, but on top of that i personally have not been in a lvl 30 game, so the people you are playing against do not really know what they are doing as well as someone at 30, and that changes a build for sure.

I choose the AS seals instead of Armor because at a low level such as myself, im only 17 in LoL, it seems to make my hit harder personally because i can get more basic hits in, and that is where Tryns damage really comes out, you know, getting like 800 crits even second vs 800 hits every 1.2 seconds or something, and being at a low level armor becomes less needed because people havent really figured out what they need to do to beat a damage, ie get more armor. As for my glyphs i wasnt really sure what i should get, and i know that AS and AD are really good, and i felt like more of those stats would work well, is there something that you think would be better? cause honestly im not really 100 percent sure.

About the runes, there is still an endless discusion.

Some would swear, the AD Marks (regardless if they are flat or AD/LvL) are the breat and butter thing, some others would swear on AttackSpeed or even on ArmorPenetration (ArPen) on the red spot.

But that what i wanna really know is ...
Why do you prefer more AS-Seals instead of Armor Seals?

Same Question goes about the Glyphs.
For your game you choose a tripple pack of AD Flat / AS and AD LVL Glyphs.
Can you explain it why?

Besides of my 2 questions, good choice on the Quints.
That supports the damage output quite nicely. (250% > 265% that hurts when u reach the 1 HP Spot + an Ad Value of 400 and bit more)

Thanks in Advance
