Yeah, it bugs sometimes.
It shows that you have 75%, but it's really 76% atm and therefore it shows as top build.
Takes a while for things to update I guess.

I do, this was originally a "Bruiser Graves" build. I abandoned that and turned it flat AD carry, tried to keep the original theme going though.

I'm not sure. Honestly I've somewhat abandoned this build. It's not different enough from any other Graves build XD

I think you should focus on finishing infinities edge first, rather than getting phage and zeal.
Also how come you get black cleaver so late? As last whisper would seem like a much better item at that point.
