First, I don't like Archangel's Staff on Veigar at all. You should swap Tear for Chalice of Harmony and Archangel's for Athene's Unholy Grail. Tear and Archangel's passives don't really work that well with Veigar, as you don't need more mana- you need more mana regen, so you can combo more than once without going b, as well as continuing to last hit with Baleful Strike. Getting mPen blues is a terrible idea. They're not primary, so it does almost nothing. Get armor or mr instead. Next, I think you get Rabadon's Deathcap a bit too late. Also, you put in that you should get blue at levels 15-16+, when your jungler should really be giving it to you from the second or third time it's up.

Well apparently your the one that sucks since the rest of the players that has used this guide probably disagrees with your opionions.
And I am almost 100% sure that you have just checked the items and not the entire guide which is crucial to perfect your gameplay.
Really bad move there, hope people realize that it's not all items that make a game.

I have read alot of Veigar guide's. When i read this i knew that this one was different from the others, so i gave it a try in game. All i can say is that im amazed! Since the first time until now i own with Veigar! It really supprised me, i appreciate it, thanks alot!

Really enjoyed the game and me personally i like morello's and deathfire combo on veigar its just sick and i love getting lich bane instead of hour glass when i play cuz constantly hitting for like 1k damage from lich bane is sick when ult and deathfire are on cd...which is maxed out with morello's and deathfire :D but loved the guide dude
