Great lay-out, maybe you could fix some things that are just a little bit off the design.

Into the guide:

Instead of the useless mana of and (I heard some others recommending that -,- DON'T DO THAT, WASTED MONEY),

Use the ! This item is GREAT for an offtank akali!

there seems to be a vague attempt at AD here now i may be wrong but nonetheless trying to go minor AD with major AP doesn't work with Akali or any champion and so....
