If the guide is not finished, you could have simply clicked "Save" instead of publish. I'm also immensely disappointed in your guide as well, who does all out damage on Viktor with all AP/lvl runes? You also screwed up in your masteries section.

You know how you protect the carry? It's kind of like that. My teammates are protecting me and we win. 600AP is ridiculous, I've gotten more than that. It's not done yet, title is informative (work in progress, can you read?). I know the skilling is actually messed up, if you check the two don't match because I am redetermining the skill order. Check the end and see that is says I am taking a break from working on it because I've been working on it many hours today. Learn how to read.

Uninformative title, offensive mastery tree messed up (you wouldnt be able to get Executioner without 21 points), I agree with above on skilling order, going with all ap/level runes makes no sense, zero mana incorportated in this build via Rod of Ages or Archangel's Staff. Basically if you follow this guide you will lose a good portion of the games you play because you aren't making the most of Viktor and not compesating for any of his downfalls (health, mana, ect). Final evaluation: good for bot games, other than that I wouldnt risk it.

Considering my guide DOES start with Doran's and my items are listed above perfectly, I fail to see how the guide doesn't make sense. I am checking out jhoijhoi's guide on making guides though. Thanks for the tip, bro's!

I main viktor. You skill in the wrong order, you start a dorans, no images or bbcode in your guide, and your items are as vague and basic ans you could do it. Next time you want to make a guide put in some effort or dont bother. Go read jhoijhoi's guide on guides.
