@ Sol.T.Ai Quick charge is only in things such as aram and rotating game modes, they charge twice as fast but there is no way to get that on summoners rift.

How is it that the tooltip on the site was changed to reflect the MP and AP changes, yet the HP scaling is STILL incorrect?

I really wish that this item wasn't so amazing. I feel compelled to buy it on almost every AP champion...

Passive should read 20 Health per minute, capping at 200.

On the League of Legends Wiki, it claims the Rod keeps the Unique passive of restoring Health and Mana upon level up, is this true?
