1. If your team is set up according to the meta, your offtank/solo top should take the role of AD carry.
2. Teach them how to last hit so they don't push their lanes/tell them not to push their lanes. At lower skill levels of gameplay, I noticed that both teams are CONSTANTLY pushing their lanes and never buy wards.
3. Buy wards. Wards don't win games, they keep you from failing horribly.
4. Don't initiate until the team is ready. They probably think you're just rushing in to die, you have to let them know what you're trying to do. Or, They will try to initiate themselves and learn from their mistakes.
5. Depending on how many times they've died, you should probably surrender at 20, and report them for griefing. UNLESS they don't intend to feed, and they just suck really hard.
