The is a post patch guide but you have incorrect ranges for 3 of the 4 skills and the cooldowns you list for Command: Attack are incorrect as of this most recent patch.

Sorry to disagree with you IceCreamy but if anything this patch has solidified that Q should not be leveled up immediately. Equal leveling or rushing your W are both more viable options, but I do agree that 3 early points in protect is not a good idea either. Also, a single point in Swiftness would only raise his movement speed from 370 to 372... because of this you actually save much more time saving the second from Improved Recall than you would an entire game of having an extra 2 movement speed. It isn't that I don't like Swiftness , I love it! But a single point is useless.

Your build does work, but Abyssal is situational at best on Orianna. If you have a double AP team then it is an extremely good choice, but otherwise I wouldn't suggest it. In the guide you explain that the last two slots are situational, but unfortunately most readers don't get that far which is why you should try to make your cheat sheet as strong as possible. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not popular for the choices I've made in my cheat sheet but I decided to stick to and and things have gone well for me.

Do what you do, and don't lose the drive to keep making your guide as good as you can make it. The way I see it, if you like playing Orianna like this, then there is someone else out there that does as well, and THAT is who your guide is for :)

I recommend starting with Command: Attack and maxing it at level 9. Command: Dissonance should be leveled at level 13, in my opinion. On the other hand I have not played her in quite a while, and certainly not in the last patch. Maybe I am completely wrong here, that is just what I used to do. However maxing your first skill at level 9 is strongly recommended.

I also miss Rylai's Crystal Scepter in the build, which complements Orianna nicely.

Mental Force and Improved Recall are pretty bad, I recommend taking Brute Force , Demolitionist and Swiftness instead.

You will have to work on the way your guide looks, currently it sort of looks like a big wall of text that not many people will like to read. Try using some artwork and/or columns.

You should try making a champion match up list for mid lane. It will surely improve your guide! All you should do is per champion you encounter in mid, write some useful tips about how to play against that champion.

I also miss some words about warding, which is rather important.

Those are my tips for now, my ratings:

Appearance: 4/10
Cheat Sheet: 7/10
Contents: 7/10

An overall 6, congratz with your upvote :)

A very decent start to a new guide. While I am not sure about the strength of your item build (abyssal + void staff + sorcerer), your guide has quite some size and reasoning behind it. Just two simple tips:
- Try to make the guide look interesting! Add more pictures, add videos, add colour!
- You might want to add reasons why you don't pick other choices (e.g. @ the summoner spells section)

Nice start, hope that it'll be a nice guide soon.

Thanks for the input, I'll do my best to add some more design into it. I did list the abyssal as an optional item in the build section, and a 2nd pair of boots with decent reasoning, it's all kinda situational when it comes to Orianna, and just about any AP carry that is. I'll update the summoner spells section as well =D
