I'm not the greatest Nami (or 5s player in general), but you mention keeping space for wards, and that you should always have wards on you. Why wouldn't you get a Ruby Sightstone and save yourself the constant hassle?

Have been toying with armour seals for a while, I take them on some supports but Nami isn't one of them. I don't like buying a chalice because of how little gold and space in my inventory I usually have - I'll have 2 gp5's, boots, Sightstone and then pink and green wards so I don't really have any extra space available for another item. The magic penetration marks are there partly because I feel that Nami's early poke is very strong with her Ebb and Flow, and partly because I don't have any other suitable seals to put in their place at the moment. I haven't actually found that big a problem with Nami being more squishy than she should be in lane, so I have had no reason to change it for now.

Shurelya's is a late game item for me. I'll build it only when I'm build complete to maximise the amount of gold I've been generating. If Nami were Janna, I might agree with you about shurelya's, but Nami's passive does not make her permanently move faster, and to make her move faster you have to either ult or cast a spell on yourself. This is fine for a while but you don't want to do it permanently or you run out of mana too fast. Shurelya's is still a good item.

As for locket, I'm aware that it's a very strong item at the moment, but I still personally prefer the Aegis for the aura it gives. Just because Gambit built it once in a tournament doesn't instantaneously mean you should switch your build to building it first. I'll toy around with different orders and if I prefer doing Locket first I'll change it.

you go mark of magic pen and seal of mana mp5, would go mark of armor seal of armor/health.

no point in magic pen you damage from spell is poor at best and all the seals of mp5 can you cover by takeing a Chalice of Harmony it gives you all the mana you need

Shurelya's Reverie is not the best item for Nami, speed boost is kind of her passiv, if you cast a spell on a person they get speed boost, if you cast Tidel wave(ulti) it hit your team, and gives them the speed boost, and your team attacks, kind of there shurelya's reverie should have been usede.
Shurelya's Reverie lose's vs Locket of the Iron Solari its has better stats (Gambit usede Locket and won)

Would say take Locket of the Iron Solari before Aegis of the Legion.
The locket is better for lanes its has lots of armor, healt, cooldown+ a shield.
Aegis is a MUST but first later the stats on it is quite poor its the aura it gives to the team, that makes it good

Its a bit hard to say what to bye if you are facing AD i would go Philosopher's stone. boots cloth armor.Chalice of Harmony.Locket of the Iron Solari---->
armor realy take the ege of AD

And vs Philosopher's stone. boots.Chalice of Harmony.Locket of the Iron Solari---->
Chalice gives some magic resi helps before they start stacking pen, but that late game

all in all a suports job is to counter what THEY do alway have that in mind when you build you items
