No it is good against heavy auto attacker teams, and even then Randuins and FH are better. I've only ever built it once, in Dominion, and that's because the enemy Yi built 4 zeals and they had a Teemo who built ADC. SEA is full of people who think that item is core.

Actually I quit playing SEA for the same reason - full of noobs. People who build double PD, double deathcap, and **** like double zephyr, and argue that it's good. Oh and ****ing Thornmail.

Well, strictly speaking that's not entirely accurate. Technicaly speaking Moscow 5/Gambit Gaming come from Russia and so should be on EUNE, but they play on EUW.

It's just that any true competitive player would move from EUNE to EUW, because that's where all the top tier teams are. Probably the reason why there are no representatives of pro teams coming from EUNE.

Everyone on eune is a noob. No pro players ever came from eune.
