My strategy at earliest lvls would be
SoD and Bonetooth 3 stacks:
Find Armor < 60 (ADC or squishies)
SoD Activate jump Q Q W E, etc.
My typical build is:
Mercs/Ninja
BT(wriggles <-- Sell this later)
Bonetooth
SoD
FM
Randuin's/Guardian Angel.
^That's legitimately the best way to play him atm.
Stealth, jump in, INSTANTLY kill the AD Carry, die afterwards, and hope your team wins a 4v4, which is probably going to happen because your team has an AD Carry, and they don't. Works pretty well in high elo too.
Couldn't have said that better. As long your Q lasts you may even kill two or flash out.

Fallen Bandits build just worse. Have been using this for my entire pre 30 builds on my smurf, so I can tell it works to stomp pubs and high elo boys all the same.
If you play Mangar you have to have flash to save yourself after the assassination. Ghost is nonsense here. You already run fast and if you have such problems with mobility you can run m5 boots. Great for roaming anyways.
Also you got to switch Bonetooth Necklace with Frozen mallet as core. A damage combo takes time and the target has to stay in range. You also need very few health to not die by the burst damage or just nearby AOE. Otherwise the lifesteal of the bloodthirster is totally wasted.
Also add QSS and it's upgrade. Absolutely must have in sit builds.
Both black cleaver and Bonetooth Necklace are not suitable for this build imo.

Well, but Bonetooth has realy nices passives for Rengar. Longer Ult, further jumprange.~ I think it realy works well with this build. ^^
