It is, but it takes getting used to, especially if you're used to tanking. It's a buffered build, and meant for abusing his burst effectively. With his Wither he is uniquely suited for carry assassination. I am really pushing the Homeguard enchantment on boots for a reason, you will take damage, and your buffer is only a buffer. Effective use of homeguard means to recall early, recall often. On my todo list is definitely demonstrating, in a video, how they satiate the need for healing both your buffer as well as your mana.

If you take this build into a fight at half health expecting to take hits, you will die. It plays similar to a Veigar in many respects, only focused more on Damage Over Time instead of Damage After Delay. Unlike Veigar, this tool set gives him enough survivability to quick-farm in top by himself without needing a support to babysit him, but (as I went into in the guide) he does play best with a Jungle that works with him effectively.

Haven't played league in a bit. Is it even viable in comp?

Ok, updated. Rather than using the graphic line breaks given on this page and have people think I'm using some template, I went ahead and made my own bars. Added a few more tweaks to formatting as well.

Also added an official todo list, which current has the requested images and videos and such.

Though I haven't found a 'perfect' jungle Nasus yet, I plan on adding a guide for that as well. Currently still ironing out the flow of jungling him in bots before I try taking it to pvp, and then I'll need to get dozens of games under my belt before I'm happy with anything.

EDIT: Total time spent writing, revising, and tweaking my guide so far: ~ 9 hours. Templates used: 0.

It is NOT the 'good old premade jhoijhoi guide'. The one thing I did use from them was the links to the images for dividers found on the BBCode Guide in the Line Dividers/Separators/Rules section. I wrote and laid out everything myself, and it took me about 5 hours yesterday to go over everything.

When I get home after class (have to leave in about 5 minutes), I'll revise it with a V 1.2 and strip out those breaks and make my own, since they apparently confuse people.

I apologize for the confusion.

I added an additional two chapters this morning... Summoner's Spells with, their strengths and weaknesses with this build; as well as a changelog. I also added a few notes about survivability, and changed the role type. You should not be trying to tank with this build. It is NOT a tank.

Also, when you melt sand (mostly pure SiO2), when it cools, you have glass. To achieve glass, you still have to melt sand to get there. I find this a bit humorous, as the guide creates a 1v1 monster that brings a lot of control and damage to team fights, without a huge tank to shield it. One could argue it is a glass cannon. With the hp buffer and Homeguard, you shouldn't die, and still maintain presence though. - I'm usually least deaths, most assists, and 2nd in kills behind our carry (or 3rd if we have someone else well fed... if I'm fed, then I'm most kills).

The guide needs a bit more pictures/coding/SS. Other than that the build is decent, must agree with others tho, it is a bit squishy. But +1 from me still.

No vote for now but when I get the time I'll give you some feedback. The build looks meh-okay and the actual guide looks good but it's just the good old premade jhoijhoi guide.

You do realize that when you heat up sand to a high temperature it turns into glass, not melt...right?

Anyways, guide seems OK, needs more pictures, coding, videos, and/or screenshots.

Guide is very good, build is okay (but a bit squishy :P).

Overal that is a +1 for me :P

Oh! And before I forget, add a summoner spell section :P
